A Night Where The Indoor Stadium Was Filled Will Local Talents.

It's been about a month now since i've blogged. Lots of things happening, last thursday i won a pair of tixs to the Hype Up Concert 2006 during 987FM Shan's show, each tix worth 98 bucks! holy cow. Tuesday night was the concert, so i invited sherry to come along and the last time we met up was at the indoor stadium for the result show, so now it's our second trip back there to catch the singapore idols performing. The guys were awesome, fatabulous night, all the exams notes in my head got blown away lol.. Powerful vocals.

Hady started the show off with "Freedom" if i'm not wrong? Last song sang at the concert was "You give me wings" excellent. Daphne was up next, i didn't know she plays the violin?? Talented girl, always loved her performance and stage presence whether be it during idol or with west grand she's just awesome. I've seen her dance before, but tuesday night's dance was something new? Kinda shocked and speechless after watching but in a good way, i thought it was pretty hot! Lol.

That Twohill guy his a awesome dancer somehow..lol, he can really shake and rock and this is also the part where sherry somehow gets super excited haha, he sounded great that night and yes of course after him was jasmine! She sang acapella with some of her friends oh mann fantastic!! grown so much vocally. Jon Leong oh my heck he is freaking good, vocals improved tremendously, he even sang a cantonese song by beyond song titled called "qing ren"? splendid! Best part was went Taufik and Olinda sang "yue liang dai biao wo de xin" hit me the hardest!!! taufik sounded like as if he was pure chinese hahaha no joke really really strong vocals can you imagine the two of them singing duet, hair stand man. They sang other songs too really nice new ones like "All because of you", "You don't have to say you love me". These guys are just getting better and better everday, That night the stadium was filled with so much Local Talent man.

Not forgetting special guest of the night our awesome local band ELectrico!! Lovely set!! and 987FM's Don and Drew the best music composer?? hahaha! If you dont know them they are the guys who composed "Be My Valentine" and "Muttons" on radio.
Besides Baybeats '06 which was awesome, Hype Up is another one, the best performance/concert i've seen this year.

I've been hanging out and stuff and my exams is in about a couple of days time and i'm so screwed cause i still haven't got much notes in my head. Well anyways, i just can't wait for 10th nov to quickly come so that will be my last paper.

You guys are awesome, i had so much fun with you guys. With people like Rach "mummy", Ary, Skylar, Japoon!, hidayat, maryse whatever it is you guys rock man.
